November 20 marks 30 years of ballet dancer Sergei Polunin. He studied the basics of dance in schools of Kherson and Kiev, continued his education in Britain and at the age of 19 became the youngest prime minister of the London Royal Theater Covent Garden. Three years later, the artist left the troupe and left for Russia. Then he appeared on the stages of the Bolshoi and the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Musical Theater, starred in a number of films and even won the Bolshoi Ballet television show. Today, Polunin pays special attention to teaching. He serves as the rector of the Sevastopol Academy of Choreography and supports gifted children through his own charitable foundation.
