MADRID (Reuters) - Real Madrid are determined to sign French star Paris St Germain striker Killian Mbappe in a $ 440 million astronomical deal.
The Sun newspaper reported that Real Madrid is already preparing itself to provide the huge amount to complete the deal during the summer transfer season next year, becoming the most expensive deal in the world where it will be almost twice the transfer value of team mate Paris Saint-Germain Neymar, who moved from Barcelona in 2017 against 220 million euros.
The newspaper said that the Royal will spend lavishly on the Mbappe deal because of his great brilliance since he played an active role in the crowning of his country in the 2018 World Cup in Russia, and the young age (20 years), making it the future of the team that needs a unique striker to compensate the departure of former team star Cristiano Ronaldo Karim Benzema and Gareth Bell failed to fill the void.
Mbappe is also the first and most important deals that Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane wants to conclude.
