Finally, there is a point concerning the reactions, where a group deploring the damage caused by the rain came out and demanded not to publish, and that the publication of these images would harm the reputation of the state, and another category that finds no embarrassment in that, and that there is nothing to hide.

Personally, I find myself with the second category, natural disasters occur in all parts of the world, and there are errors that exist because people who have done them, not angels, filming the diversion of water in a public place would highlight the damage to avoid them, and calls for accountability of the responsible Overlooking them or ignoring them is illogical in our world.

The reputation of the state will not be affected by damage occurring in all parts of the world, and the fall of glass of buildings or the filling of streets with water occurs in the most modern and developed parts of the world, the defect is not in the event, but the defect in the failure to prepare for it in advance.
