The father Takashi Tsumura (33) and his mother Kasumi (36), who lived in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture, had a floating ring around their necks for Ami who was 11 years old and the second daughter in January. According to a decision on the 8th, Jiro Ito of Saitama District Court said, “It was unusual to leave a young child who could not hydrate himself for an hour and a half because he wanted time to play a mobile game. It ’s a heavy responsibility. ”
He then sentenced Tsumura to one year and eight months in prison and Kasumi to one year and four months.
