In response to a series of dangerous driving operations, the National Police Agency has decided to proceed with legal revisions so that drivers can be revoked for malicious drivers.

In the Road Traffic Act, there is no definition of tilting and the police are cracking down on violations such as excessively reducing the distance between vehicles.
The National Police Agency is moving forward with legislative reforms to detect the driving itself, and it is expected that the driver will be able to revoke the driver's license for administrative drivers just like drunk driving.
We are also considering imprisonment for dangerous driving without causing an accident.
The National Police Agency will submit the relevant bill to the ordinary Diet at the beginning of the year at the earliest.
According to the National Police Agency, the number of “Aori-driving”, which was arrested for violating the Road Traffic Law, such as reducing the distance between vehicles to the extreme, reached 13,030 nationwide last year, increasing 1.8 times the previous year. The
