Egyptian artist Akram Hosni has confirmed the death of his father, Captain Hosni Abdel Rahim, a former Zamalek player, in the 1960s.
Akram wrote: "Fatherly in the custody of God, I am God and we are back," explaining that the funeral prayer after Friday prayers at the Great Mosque in Rehab.
Akram Hosni, who revealed his father's identity for the first time in an earlier dialogue, confirmed that "he was a great football player in Zamalek club in the sixties," where he mourned Zamalek on his official page of his former player on Thursday evening.
