The truth is, when I read this comment, even though I did not hesitate a second to respond to it, I had in mind for a long time that this comment is a small sample of the thinking of a large group of people about the post-Dubai 2020.
I don't hide anything else that the same idea I had heard in public, but in another way suggests that the Dubai real estate market will stop at the end of the upcoming international exhibition period, and the same idea was discussed under the broad article on some news sites, under the title «What is the fate of Dubai Properties After 2020? ”
For a moment I imagined that the emirate of Dubai in its size, weight and all its sectors and its contents was built only for the Expo 2020 Dubai, and that the construction journey that began since 1971 and 50 years from now, is reduced in only six months of 2020 !! Reasonable?
However, I tell them that the emirate, which was built in the light of a set of plans since its inception, is unable to find new future plans that break the expectations of low-minded people after 2020, and to say that «Expo 2020» itself, one of those plans adopted by Dubai to impress the world with its achievements So why fear Dubai after 2020?
There is also a comprehensive and future development plan called the "Dubai 2021 Comprehensive Plan" which deals with the individual, society and the economy.
Therefore, I always say that the wheel of Dubai will not stop at 2020, and there is no need to fear Dubai after 2020, but on the contrary 2020 is a year of opportunity, and because the emirate is built on renewed innovation and fruitful and purposeful plans like Dubai, one should not fear for their future.
We are very happy that we are hosting the activities of the largest international exhibition in the world «Expo» as the first Arab and Gulf country since its founding only 50 years, and our preparations for the event is in full swing, where we celebrated a few days ago the beginning of the countdown, but that does not mean that we will stop or that Our efforts will end at that point, as the emirate that emerged from the depths of the desert will never know the impossible.
