The dismissal of coaches in the Arabian Gulf League has become a familiar phenomenon among the teams participating in the league.

- Clubs, in general,

Do not have a clear mechanism

In the way of engagements,

Both for

Coaches or players.

What are the real reasons for these dismissals? Is it really early, and there is a rush of club administrations? Were the contracts not good? Who has the right to choose coaches for clubs? Do we expect further dismissals?

Yes, it is a negative and shameful phenomenon, which occurs only in Gulf patrols. It is shameful that this is in a reputable league. I think the main reason is improvisation in the selection, as there is no technical follow-up, nor a clear technical assessment.

Thus, the coach is the weakest rib that bears failure, and the cancellation of the coach's contract is the easiest to calm the situation, and the continuity of club departments. In fact, this is a waste of money, confusion and improvisation at work, and the absence of real professionalism in the work system, especially from club departments, and then players, and the outcome of a great waste of money.

Clubs in general, do not have a clear mechanism in the way of signings, both for coaches and players, an indication of the improvisation in which these clubs are managed, and more importantly, who is contracting, evaluating and deciding to cancel the contract, is it related to the results and pressure of the masses and the media.

Surely this is the main reason, who chooses, and who continues to work? Are they competent? Hence the absence of accounting in financial waste, and the absence of control over financial resources, and therefore expenses. Success and failure are governed by the work system of the club, when integrated comes success, and when weakened or not harmonious, is failure.

This indicates the randomness of the selection, and leave it to his family, and from this we conclude that the choice is only to yield to the offers of brokers, and they do not know the criteria of selection or strategic objectives for him, whether it is building a team or survival, or achieve tournaments, so we find that the selection is not successful, nor Fits the required stage.

Unfortunately the dismissals came in the first rounds, especially as they were made with the full knowledge and conviction of the biography of the coach and his work. The coach has become a peg to which club departments comment their failures. Although this scenario has become a duplicate, but what is new is that some departments did not bring new, and did not benefit from their previous mistakes, they dismiss coach and contract with another, then dismiss the latter, and return to the first.
