The verdict from the High Court came at eleven this morning and Frej Larsson's lawyer has not yet spoken to his client, but he is very disappointed with the verdict.
- It's a disappointment of course. There are some good in the judgment and some bad. What is good is that he is still free on one charge, that they reject the claims, says Viktor Banke.
Viktor Banke believes that it is clear that Frej Larsson's song is just a song, and not a threat.
- What is bad is that it is an intrusion into the artistic freedom of expression that I find difficult to understand. The High Court has not sufficiently interpreted the song in its context.
