In detail, the General Secretariat of the Federal National Council received a letter from the Ministry of State for Federal National Council Affairs on the Council of Ministers decision on recommendations issued by the outgoing Council on the subject of the Ministry of Community Development policy on family building.

The letter included the approval of the Council of Ministers to implement eight recommendations, without incurring any additional financial burdens, and directing eight other recommendations to the ministries and federal authorities concerned for consideration in the light of government plans and approved budgets.

The list of government-approved recommendations included the development of training programs and workshops to restore marital life between divorced or successful divorce, programs on psychological and social counseling for divorced persons and their children, as well as the establishment of family counseling centers in each Emirate, and the appointment of family counselors on a permanent basis in these centers.
