According to him, in the region during this period, the temperature at night can drop to 0 ° C.
“To prepare for the situation to worsen, it is necessary from October 28. We do not exclude the possibility that due to the fact that at night the temperature will be close to 0 ° C, precipitation may be of a mixed phase - rain with snow. But throughout October, our temperature exceeded the norm by about 3 ° C, ”concluded Varakin.
