• Music: Ana Belén, Albert Pla and La Casa Azul concerts in Catalonia are postponed due to riots

Vanessa Paradis has postponed the two concerts he had scheduled in Spain for this week due to the "tensions and blockages" that are happening in Barcelona.

This was announced by Auguri Productions , promoter of the shows, which alleges "the impossibility of guaranteeing good organization as well as the safety of production teams and the public ."

Paradis had a concert scheduled this Monday, October 21 at the New Apollo Theater in Madrid and another morning, October 22, at the Sala Barts in Barcelona.

The presentation tour of his latest album, Les sources , was going to be the first time Vanessa Paradis performed in the Spanish capital and his return to Barcelona after five years. At the moment, there are no new dates for concerts .

In her previous tour of Spain in 2014, the French diva and muse of Chanel for 25 years triumphed with Love songs , making a hallmark of her way of moving on stage.

Several concerts postponed in Catalonia

Vanessa Paradis is not the only artist who has postponed her concerts due to the situation in Catalonia. Last week Ana Belén , Albert Pla , La Casa Azul or Aitana already announced the cancellation of their actions due to the riots and the general strike called by the conviction of the Supreme Court to the sovereign leaders.
