In the Uryu-Numa Marshland in Uryu-cho, Hokkaido, golden autumn leaves are in full bloom. (Taken on October 10)

In Uryu-cho, the harvest of special rice such as “Nanatsuboshi” is the final stage. In the rice field, when you see it from the sky, it looks like a crop of rice. It is the water flowing from the Mashige Mountains that nurtures the specialty rice.

The autumn leaves were in full bloom near the entrance of the mountain trail of Minamikankandake located upstream.
On the hillside, about 850 meters high is the Ayuruma Marshland.

In the marshland, colorful flowers such as Ezokan elephant and Giant squirrel bloom during the summer, but during this fall, Numaya, Horomisuge, Yachisuge, etc. are colored in golden colors and become grass foliage.

The trail to the marshland was closed on 14 October. As winter begins, the Uryu Marshlands are covered with pure white snow.
