An event to enjoy a walk while looking at the vividly colored autumn leaves was held on October 12 in Takigami Town on the Okhotsk Sea side.
This event is held every year by local tourist associations to get to know the good scenery of the Kinshi Gorge and the Kinshi Gorge flowing through Takigami Town.
On October 12, about 230 people started to walk in two courses. Participants went up the slope to Takigami Shrine on the hill, and enjoyed the scenery from a place with a good view. I also photographed red and yellow autumn leaves such as maple and rowan that shine in the blue sky.
A woman in her 40s from Asahikawa City said, “I was talking to my family that the autumn leaves are beautiful and nice. I want to come again.”
