Actor Robert Forster is dead


Actor Robert Forster, known among others from the acclaimed television series "Breaking bad" and Quentin Tarantino's "Jackie Brown", has died of cancer, writes Hollywood reporters.

Forster began his acting career as early as the 1960s and debuted in "Reflexes in a Golden Eye", where he played against Marlon Brando and Elizabeth Taylor.

After a decades-long career with TV series roles, Forster saw a huge upturn in his career when director Quentin Tarantino caught the eye of the acting veteran in the mid-1990s. The collaboration would lead to an Oscar nomination for Forster's efforts as the character Max Cherry in Tarantino's "Jackie Brown" (1997).

Became 78 years

In the 2000s, Forster starred in films such as "Mulholland Drive", "My Jag & Irene" and The Descendants "and in television series such as" Breaking Bad "and the new version of" Twin Peaks ".

One of Forster's last roles would be that of the character "Ed" in "El Camino: A breaking bad movie," which premiered on Netflix this week.

Robert Forster turned 78 years old.
