In the same competition with the Russian project, nine more films are performing. Among them is the thriller Les Sauvages of the Cannes Film Festival Rebecca Zlotowski and the drama "Nehama" from the Israeli screenwriter Reshef Levy ("Authority"), ("Lost Islands").
The premiere of "Identification" was held as part of the main competition of the international Series Mania festival in France in the spring of 2019. Then the series was shown at the 41st Moscow International Film Festival.
In the story, the girl Lera becomes a suspect in the murder of a diaspora member of Muslim emigrants from Kyrgyzstan. According to the idea of the creators of the series, the audience until the last episode will not know what the heroine really has to do with what happened.
