The third party committee, which is made up of lawyers, submitted a report on school correspondence and safety management to the city school board on the 11th.

The report pointed out that the teacher in charge of the teacher allowed the off-campus activities without paying attention to safety, and that the school principal and the vice-principal did not grasp the activities outside the school. The fact that it was enough led to an accident.
