A study conducted at the University of Birmingham in Britain, that eating with family or friends has a significant impact on the amount we eat, an increase of up to 50%.

The study re-established the reason for how to get old food through fishing, gathering and sharing it with others.

People used to eat as much food as possible at a time, when they could, to prepare for days when they could not find enough food.

The study also found that eating with a group of individuals gives individuals happiness by stimulating the brain for individuals to do this more, as long as possible.

The same percentage does not apply when eating with strangers or people who do not enjoy the company.
