Utsunomiya Line resumed operation October 5th 19:06
The JR Utsunomiya Line had forgotten driving at the upper and lower lines between Tokyo and Utsunomiya due to a personal injury that occurred at Kuki Station in Saitama Prefecture around 6:25 pm, but resumed operation at 6:56 pm did.
