The Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority (RAKTDA), in cooperation with Toro Verde, has launched the Jebel Jiss slides, the emirate's latest adventure.
The tour comprises seven slippery trails that rise above the slopes and valleys of Mount Jess, linked by nine different platforms. The seven skid trails span five kilometers (337 meters each) at an average speed of 60 kilometers per hour.
RAK Tourism Chief Executive Officer Raki Phillips said: “Jebel Jais remains one of the leading tourism and adventure destinations that make Ras Al Khaimah a world class destination, so it is important that we continue to develop our products and offerings continuously. We are delighted to unveil Mount Jess' latest adventure destination, the Jess Slides Tour. ”
