In second place, another weekly appointment. M6 and season 14 of "Love is in the meadow" attracted 3.5 million viewers, or 17.2% of the public. It's already the 6th episode of cult reality TV.
France Television, between sport and series
France 2 proposed yesterday the final of the first season of the Anglo-Saxon series The Bay. A police series about the disappearance of two twins in the seaside resort of Morecambe. 2.53 million spectators were in front of their screens to follow the two unpublished episodes. That's 269,000 curious more than last week, and 11.7% of the public.
For sports fans, France 3 was dedicating a new evening to the Doha World Athletics Championships. At the foot of the podium, the channel has gathered 1.65 million French, or 7.4% of the public, from 21 hours to 22:30.
Note that France 5 has exceeded one million viewers with the replay of the detective film L e Doulos . A feature film by Jean-Pierre Melville starring Jean-Paul Belmondo, Serge Reggiani and Michel Piccoli.
A special day for the man Jacques Chirac
