According to weather forecasts, the temperature will be slightly below normal in Buryatia, the Irkutsk, Chita and Amur regions, as well as in the south of the Khabarovsk Territory.
“In the rest of the territory, everything is about and above the norm. The average excess of the norm will be 1-1.5 degrees, ”said the specialist.
He also said that the deficit of precipitation will be in the southern half of the European territory of Russia.
