As part of the second season of the vocal project “Voice. 60+ ”passed the knockout stage. Unlike the standard version of the contest, age participants skip the round of fights, when one of the two artists remains in the project as a result of the joint performance of the composition with a duet. The knockout stage, like in the children's Voice, also has an abbreviated format: since there are only four vocalists in each team, they are not divided into triples, and the mentor chooses two of the four wards for further participation in the show.

The Friday program was opened by the team of Lev Leshchenko. The Bogdanov sisters sang the hit “By the Sea, by the Blue Sea” in two voices.

In the second participant, Yuri Shivrina, the mentor spotted the singer of the Soviet school. Therefore, Chistye Prudy, the urban romance of David Tukhmanov, known according to Igor Talkov, became the new composition in his performance.

Irina Nizhegorodtseva presented her interpretation of the composition Sweet Dreams (Are made of this), organically combined with the image of the singer.

Andrei Lysikov pleased the jury and the audience with his own version of the song “Living Next Door to Alice”, where he added the names of mentors and some Russian stars of show business to the text, and then switched to English.

Pelageya noted the amazing knowledge of Lev Leshchenko in the field of “underground”, and Valeria admitted that she had forgotten about the competition and just enjoyed the concert.

“A voice, or rather a timbre, is a mirror of the soul,” Lev Leshchenko shared his observations. Sisters Bogdanova and Yuri Shivrin continued to participate in the show.

From the Pelagia team, the first scene was taken by retired colonel Dmitry Usik. He sang the song of the war years “Farewell to the Rocky Mountains”. The evening’s repertoire was complemented by the composition “Where are you now, fellow soldiers” in the interpretation of Mikhail Ryzhov.

Rock musician Anatoly Alyoshin decided to “knock out” the rivals in the corporate style - he and Pelageya chose the song of the group “Resurrection” called “One Look Back”. “This is the very Alyoshin whose voice I have known since childhood. He saved that energy, ”his mentor told in an interview.

Leonid Sergienko, who, on the contrary, is not yet a professional singer, performed a Ukrainian-language romance, “Yak Do Not Want My Heart”.

“There are many health motivating programs. But ours is the most motivating! ”, The presenter Dmitry Nagiev noted. In order not to be unfounded, the showman recalled that at the age of 69 Leonid Sergienko entered the conservatory, and Anatoly Alyoshin, who had already “stepped over” the eighth dozen, raised a two-year-old son.

Leonid Sergienko and Mikhail Ryzhov remained in the Pelageya team.

The performances of the Valeria team were opened by Oleg Sleptsov. The musicians performed an experiment with the song “Yellow Leaves”, which allowed to reveal Sleptsov’s voice in a new quality, and by the end of the performance, the participant supported Valeria (although the rules of the show do not provide for such duets).

In turn, Alexander Chance said that before blind auditions he did not assume that he would continue to participate in the show. However, for his timbre, the mentor also found unusual use - after the brutal composition in the previous issue, Chance sang "There is no one more beautiful than you."

Lyudmila Pakhomova performed Isaac Dunaevsky’s hit “Song of the Captain” from the film “Children of Captain Grant”, and Vladimir Gritsyk presented “his own reading” of the song “Tropicana Woman”, which is known to listeners performed by Valery Meladze.

It was especially difficult for Valeria, as a debutante from the jury, to make a choice. As a result, Lyudmila Pakhomova and Vladimir Gritsyk remained in her team. The decision of the singer was supported even by the retired Oleg Sleptsov. “The best are left,” the artist said in his farewell speech.

Vladimir Laptev continued to acquaint the audience with the repertoire of Alexander Vertinsky, choosing the song “Above the Pink Sea”. It was no coincidence that the vocal number supplemented the laconic image of the performer with a white scarf and gloves: Mikhail Boyarsky recalled that he, as a dramatic artist, does not separate the voice from the performance as a whole. The mentor called his team "a comedian, a tragedian, an engineer, and a lyrical hero."

Elena Gurileva added dance elements to the song “Dove”, and Vladislav Zuev performed both as a singer and as an instrumentalist with the song “Still Water” - he performed solo on the accordion. The concert was completed by Igor Afanasyev with the cult song of Charles Aznavour “Eternal Love”.

The team of Boyarsky in the final will be presented by Elena Gurileva and Vladimir Laptev.
