The air temperature in the Moscow region gradually began to rise. Until the middle of next week, the thermometer columns in the daytime can warm up to 15 ° C. This was reported on the site of the Hydrometeorological Center.

Meanwhile, weather forecasters indicated that cloudy weather will prevail and the chance of precipitation will increase. This is due to the fact that warm air will bring a cyclone from the Atlantic. It will be established over the Baltic Sea, and its warm front will approach the western borders of Russia.

“The frontal zone will be very extensive and stretch from the Gulf of Finland to the Sea of Azov. As a result, on most of European Russia on Sunday (September 29th - RT ), classic autumn long, but rather weak rains are expected, ”the forecast of the Hydrometeorological Center says.

At the same time, not very comfortable weather is expected in the Volga region and in the Urals, a significant decrease in temperature will occur in the south of western Siberia. Short rains are expected in the south of central Russia, but already in early October, the velvet season will continue in the Krasnodar Territory and the weather will be mostly dry.

“The warm beginning of October”

The chief specialist of the Moscow Weather Bureau, Tatyana Pozdnyakova, in an interview with RT, confirmed that warming awaits residents of the capital. However, to call the approaching wave of warm air a woman’s summer, according to her, is not entirely correct.

“We really expect a rise in temperature. Until the end of September and in early October, the daily temperature in the metropolitan area will rise to + 15 ... + 17 ° С. But to say that some summer has returned to us is wrong. It’s just a return to normal weather, ”she told RT.

According to her, during the last week the temperature was four degrees lower than the climatic norm, but already at the weekend the weather will return to more usual indicators for this time of the year and even slightly higher.

“The weather will be comfortable, on Sunday and Monday with light rains, but it will be quite warm. The average daily temperature will be about 10 ° C, which for the beginning of October is quite comfortable for residents of the capital region. All the beginning of October will be warm, ”Pozdnyakova added.

According to the forecast of the Moscow Weather Bureau, rains will take place in the capital on October 1 and 2, but the weather will remain warm. Starting from October 3, the amount of precipitation in the region will increase, but temperature values will still be above normal.

Temperature Anomalies

The long-term forecast of the Hydrometeorological Center also states that during the period from October to March, temperature anomalies will be observed in Russia.

“There is a probabilistic forecast for the heating period from October to March, its essence is such that a temperature anomaly is predicted in the North, European and Asian territories of Russia with a plus sign, and in the South with a minus sign,” said the scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center Roman Vilfand.

Meanwhile, a more detailed forecast for this period is planned to be released on September 30.

In an interview with RT, Villefand emphasized that long-term forecasts are usually made for narrow specialists so that they can, for example, correctly prepare for the heating season. Thus, statements about anomalies should not be taken literally.

“The norm can consist of a very cold first half of the month and a very warm second, and vice versa. Or some particular extremely cold or warm period, therefore only competent consumers, for example, power engineers and transport workers, can use this forecast, they understand how to build an optimization task, ”he explained.

Meanwhile, reports of anomalies in the regions have already begun to arrive. Snow fell in a number of Volga regions - two weeks ahead of schedule.

“The snowfall zone stretched through Tatarstan, the Kirov region, Perm Territory, the republics of Udmurtia and Bashkiria. Of course, this is an anomaly. Long-term observations show that snow fell here ahead of schedule - two weeks ahead of schedule, at least, ”TASS was told in the Phobos center.

At the same time, in the south of Eastern Siberia, the average daily temperature in the middle of the week exceeded the norm by seven degrees. In Tuva, the Irkutsk region, Buryatia, and Transbaikail the temperature was observed from + 25 ° С to + 29 ° С.
