Mansouri arrived at 2:30 in the early hours of the morning the International Space Station.
The historic flight was launched at the time set for the launch of the missile "Soyuz" at 5:55 local time.
Hazza Al-Mansouri is on board the Soyuz MS15 spacecraft, which was launched from the city of Baikonur, Russian astronauts Oleg Scribochka and American Jessica Mir.
