Four men in Tokyo who were arrested for printing a lie postcard used for fictional bill fraud were re-arrested on the suspicion that they sent a postcard and tricked an elderly woman in Aichi Prefecture by about 25 million yen. A list of 7.2 million people is kept on the men's computers, and the police are investigating that they sent a large number of postcards for fictitious claims.

Four men, including unemployed and suspected Junichi Murakami (35) in Toshima-ku, Tokyo, were arrested again.

According to the police, four Murakami suspects were allegedly filed for civil lawsuits in the name of a non-existent "law notification center" from July to last month against a 68-year-old woman in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture. A lie postcard is printed and sent, and there is a suspicion of fraud, etc., for tricking around 25 million yen.

The four were arrested on suspicion of counterfeiting stamped private documents for printing a lie postcard for use in a fictitious billing fraud in one of the apartments in Toshima-ku, Tokyo this month.

According to the police, the victim woman contacted the phone number on the postcard and was fooled into saying that "I need money to withdraw the lawsuit" and was sending cash by courier.

The personal computers used by the men in the apartment houses a list of approximately 7.2 million people, and the police are investigating it as if they were sending a large number of postcards for fictitious billing fraud.

The police have not revealed the acceptance or disapproval of the four.
