Mr. and Mrs. Akishino's second daughter, Yoshiko, was able to complete the first foreign official visit schedule on the 23rd by interacting with students studying Japanese in Hungary.
Yoshiko visited a national university in Budapest, Hungary on the 23rd.
Nearly 250 students are enrolled in the Japanese department of this university, and Yoshiko was inspected for a class to present in Japanese the differences in university life between Japan and Hungary.
Next, we went to a meeting with the students, and when Keiko asked a female student who was working to spread the “Yosakoi Dance” to the world, the student said, “Go to Kochi. “We danced at the Yosakoi Festival,” replied, “Yeah, it ’s amazing. Please do your best in the future.”
After this, Yoshiko went to the “Risu Conservatory”, a music university established by Hungarian composer List.
There are about 40 Japanese students studying here, and Yoshiko enjoyed piano and violin performances by international students.
And the students who finished the performance were asked to say, "How much are you practicing every day?"
On this day, Yoshiko will be returning to Japan on the 25th in Japan time after completing the first official foreign visit in Austria and Hungary.
