The presenter of TF1 unveiled the contours of the future TF1 show, during which it will be necessary to guess which personality is hidden in a costume, solely from songs that she will interpret.

INTERVIEW

At the beginning of the year 2020, TF1 will draw its big project, Mask Singer , on which TF1 puts a lot. The show is already a hit in South Korea, where it was created, and in the United States, where it is the happiness of the Fox. Invited Monday morning of Europe 1, Alessandra Sublet, who will be part of the jury of this show, says a little about this television object not yet identified. "These are well-known artists, writers, composers, singers, actors, novelists, politicians, who are masked under absolutely sublime costumes - which are often animals - and you have to guess who's singing," says the host. "There will be anything but rabbits and ridiculous turtles," she reassures with a smile.

"You start making small Columbo, to investigate ...

The challenge seems difficult, even if everything will be done to deceive the viewer. "When he talks to you, he has a smug voice, and when they sing, you do not recognize, and when you sing, you sing differently than how you talk to each other, for example," says Alessandra Sublet. "And then the production did it right, you have a magneto clue just before the personality sings and in that magneto clue you're supposed to recognize people a little bit, except that there's a second magneto clue and there you "This show is great," enthuses the host.

The concept has in any case very well exported. In addition to the United States and South Korea, there are Chinese, Filipino, Thai or German ink versions. "I saw the Korean version and the American version, and no matter what country you are in, you get into the game," says Alessandra Sublet. "You do not know who it is and you start making little Columbo, to investigate ... It's very funny, I did not think we could still have so much fun on TV."
