"According to weather forecasts of Roshydromet, in connection with the movement of an active Scandinavian cyclone to the territory of the Central Federal District, on September 22, precipitation in the form of rain and wet snow are expected in places in Moscow during the day," the agency’s website says.
Rescuers do not recommend parking cars near trees and poorly fortified structures. The Ministry of Emergency Situations also advises not to hide from the elements under the trees.
Earlier, the Hydrometeorological Center announced in Moscow an “orange” level of weather hazard due to frost.
