Netflix refreshes the range almost daily. With this week the exciting crime thriller Criminal , Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle and Justice League .
Crime enthusiasts are advised to check Criminal . This series does it differently than you are used to from police stories. Agents and suspects play psychological cat and mouse games in the interrogation rooms of British, Spanish, French and German police stations. David Tennant ( Broadchurch , Jessica Jones ) is one of the chilling stars of the international cast.
As if there aren't enough quality crime series on Netflix yet; fortunately it is only a luxury problem.
In the second season of the animated series Disenchantment , Princess Bean (Abbi Jacobson) has a big problem. The population of the magic kingdom has turned to stone and the alcoholic princess is trying to undo the curse. With the help of the mean devil Luci (Eric Andre). The princess encounters a strange conspiracy, but we will probably only see that more in the third and fourth season of the fantasy comedy.
Amy Schumer and Bill Hader revolve around the hot mush in the romantic comedy Trainwreck . The wreck in question is journalist Amy (Schumer), who is afraid of serious relationships, lives on it and always shows flight behavior. This changes when she meets the sports doctor Aaron (Hader). Amy falls in love with the doctor, but her behavior becomes more and more worrying due to her extreme denial behavior. Trainwreck plays with clichés we know from other romcoms and contains many funny cameos from Daniel Radcliffe, LeBron James and Matthew Broderick, among others.
Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle
When the follow-up to Jumanji (1995), the beloved comedy with Robin Williams, was announced, the reactions were not very positive. Jumanji: Welcome To The Jungle turned out to be a surprisingly fun sequel. Four children find an old computer game and accidentally end up in the dangerous game world. Fortunately, they also turn into superheroes themselves: Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan and Kevin Hart. What follows is a funny adventure film for the whole family. Thanks to the overwhelming success of the film, a sequel was immediately made. Jumanji: The Next Level is scheduled for December 12.

After Superman the end of Batman vs. Superman did not make it, the alien villain Steppenwolf sees the opportunity to attack our planet. The most famous DC Comics heroes join forces in the Justice League and try to stop the aliens with all their might. Justice League was supposed to be the competitor for Marvel's The Avengers , but it wasn't a huge success. Even Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman and Aquaman couldn't save Justice League from a flop.

At the moment, DC is taking a completely different approach: Joker , with Joaquin Phoenix, even seems like an Oscar candidate.
Straight Outta Compton
Rap formation NWA put gangster trap on the map and received a biopic in 2015: Straight Outta Compton . The film follows rappers Ice Cube (played by his son O'Shea Jackson Jr.), Eazy-E, MC Ren, DJ Yella and Dr. Dre, while they turn the US upside down with their raw hip-hop. As soon as fame and big money begin to draw, the first cracks within the legendary rap formation become visible.
Escape Plan 3
In the Escape Plan films, Sylvester Stallone usually tries to escape from heavily guarded buildings. For the third part, the roles are reversed: he has to break into a prison where his girlfriend is being held. Stallone's regular colleague 50 Cent gets company from wrestler / actor Dave Bautista. The Escape Plan films are not particularly high-quality (especially the second part) and appear in the cinema in only a few countries, but still have quite a few fans among fans of uncomplicated action films.
Pieter Konijn, Beatrix Potter's beloved naughty bunny, received a total makeover for this animation film. Pieter (James Corden) is not naughty but a thoroughbred party animal who quarrels with the new resident of the local country house (Domnhall Gleeson). The film is much more chaotic than Potter's children's books and purists will probably find Pieter Konijn too hyper. Children were crazy about the film and a sequel is planned for the beginning of 2020.
