The posthumous album "Thanks for the dance" will be released on November 22 and completed by the world star's son - Adam Cohen.

Seven months after Leonard Cohen's death, Adam Cohen began working on the musical sketches his father left behind.

With a little help from artists such as Damien Rice, Beck, Bryce Dessner from The National and Richard Reed Parry from Arcade Fire, Adam Cohen has now compiled the sketches and released the album's first song "The Goal". Father and son Cohen also worked together on Leonard Cohen's last album "You want it darker" which was released shortly before the star died on November 7, 2016.
