Connected waters off Senkaku Four ships of the China Coast Guard sailed on September 17 at 11:03
According to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, off the coast of the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture, four Chinese Coast Guard ships are navigating the connected waters just outside the Japanese territorial waters.
As of 9:00 am on the 17th, two of the four vessels are sailing approximately 31 km west-northwest of Kuba Island in the Senkaku Islands, and the other two are navigating approximately 31 km west-northwest of Uoguri Island. We continue to warn and monitor to keep away from territorial waters.
