Actor Brian Turk has died from complications from a brain cancer that was diagnosed in 2018, his representative told TMZ on Monday.

The interpreter has worked on numerous cult series, appearing in chapters of Feeling of Living , Emergencies , Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Two and a Half Men .

Although his most prominent role has been that of the forced Gabriel in the fiction of HBO Carnivàle , a series about an eccentric traveling circus in which good and evil intermingle.

Daniel Knauf , creator of Carnivàle , has been one of the first to say goodbye to the actor through his Twitter account while urging to donate money to the family of the deceased: "Sleep peacefully, kind giant. He was a great man. My heart is broken. If you loved your work at Carnivàle, join me and help your family. "

Brian Turk's latest works on television before being diagnosed with his illness were in Animal Kingdom (2016) and NCIS: Los Angeles (2017).
