Artega unveiled its Karo micro-electric car at the Frankfurt International Motor Show, which runs until 22 November.

The German company explained that its new car, which is inspired by the icon BMW BMW Isetta from the fifties of the last century, is made of glass-reinforced plastics.

She added that the car is ideal for large crowded cities; the length of 2.40 meters and a width of 1.50 meters, while weighing 514 kg.

The car also offers two seats and a 300-liter storage space. Passengers enter the car through a front door that opens from the front, and can be loaded into the luggage compartment via a rear cover.

The electric car has a 125 km battery and a larger 200 km battery, while the top speed is 90 km / h.

The new Karo is scheduled to go on sale at the end of autumn at a starting price of 14,275 euros.
