The International Exhibition of Photography (Expoger) 2019, organized by the Sharjah Government Media Office, will host some of the most prominent local and international photographers in its fourth edition, which will be held from 19 to 22 September in Sharjah.

The festival provides photography professionals, media and photography students, and lovers of visual arts the opportunity to learn about the biography of 53 photographers, their success stories, their pioneering work within their personal exhibitions, and their speeches during the workshops and seminars at the four-day event. This year's edition of the festival focuses on four main themes: "Imagine the splendor of adventure", "Depth of the depth of feelings", "Imagine the magic of art", and "Imagine the reality of life", as well as organizing within the themes of internal and external, individual and collective and dialogue seminars And other activities and events, which address a number of topics; such as the environment and normal life, wars, human and political events, aspects of architecture and street photography.

For his part, Director of the Information Office of the Government of Sharjah, Tariq Saeed Alay, said: “Through its successes, Exposer continues to consolidate the emirate's cultural standing on the world stage, which is reflected in the keenness shown by the most famous international photographers from various disciplines to participate and showcase their work. In addition, the festival will meet the growing requirements of photography and media in the UAE and provide them with an opportunity to learn about international experiences, expertise and knowledge. ”

«Art» organizes 5 workshops

The Art Foundation, which promotes and supports media art for children and youth, is organizing five workshops for photography enthusiasts during its participation in ExpoGer to introduce visitors to the festival, especially children and youth, with advanced techniques in photography.
