A man blew up his home on his daughter's wedding in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, according to the Daily Mail.

John Evans, a father of three and a 59-year-old girl, set the house ablaze after he threw gas at all corners, blowing up the entire house.

His family learned of the incident at the wedding, as rescue teams were trying to find the father's body in the rubble of the blast.

Witnesses said they saw the father before committing suicide, standing for hours in the street in front of his house, and then the explosion rocked most of the nearby houses.

During the interrogation, some neighbors reported that the man was in psychological distress.
