Upon his arrival at the Ghuwaifat border crossing on his way back to Saudi Arabia with a family member, one of the Saudis noticed that he had forgotten his ID card at the hotel where he was staying in Sharjah, where he contacted the Sharjah Central Operations Room and informed them of what had happened to him before deciding to return to Sharjah to review the hotel and find his card.
On the way back he received a phone call from a Sharjah police officer informing them that they were on his way with the card, where he was surprised by Lieutenant Colonel Abdul Rahman Khater and Captain Saud Al Shaibah from the Traffic Awareness and Information Branch of the Traffic Police Department of Sharjah Police. Abu Dhabi praised the Sharjah Police, and thanked them for their interest and speed in responding to the communication and solving his problem.
