Many people eat bananas in the morning, especially if they don't have time for breakfast. And what comes to mind then is fruit, it's saturated, it's healthy, isn't it?
Unfortunately, eating bananas rich in potassium and vitamin B6 and free of cholesterol and sodium as an alternative to breakfast, is not good as the first meal of the day at all.

And nutritionist Darrell Geoffrey has bad news about eating bananas at breakfast. "Bananas seem to be an ideal choice in the morning, but a closer look will prove that eating bananas alone is not the best option because they contain 25% sugar, which is moderately acidic," Joffrey was quoted as saying in the Mirror newspaper.

"It will give you a sense of fast satiety, but soon you will feel tired and hungry."
If you are going to eat a banana, Geoffrey is not advised to eat it after a meal, and when you eat as a snack you should have something rich in fat (healthy fats) or with spices.

"Because bananas are acidic, you have to neutralize the acid to get the benefits of potassium, fiber and magnesium without rushing sugar," he said.
