Defendant Hiroko Yoshino (67), who had been operating a private fan club with the mother of Kita Shokai, who was the top star of the Takarazuka Revue star group until three years ago, has earned about 100 million yen, including fan club membership fees. He was charged with violating the Income Tax Act for concealing his 17 million yen income and evading more than 47 million yen.

In the judgment on the 5th, Judge Tetsuro Sato of the Chiba District Court pointed out that "the tax accountant pointed out that a final tax return was necessary, but he did not report it because his work was too busy."

After that, he was convicted of 10 months in prison, 3 years in probation, and a fine of 10 million yen, saying, “Tax evasion is high and you should be rigorously charged, but you are already paying taxes and reflecting.”
