After the success of their common title I give it to you , Vitaa and Slimane release a duet album: VersuS . Anne Roumanoff Wednesday on Europe 1, the two artists come back on this collaboration.
"I was upset by his version of À fleur de toi "
On the one hand, an artist present on the French music scene for more than ten years. On the other, a young singer, winner of The Voice in 2016. "I knew Slimane when he joined The Voice with my song À fleur de toi, I was upset by his version," remembers Vitaa. The two singers were then together, member of the jury of The Voice in Belgium. "That's where we became friends and started working together," says Slimane. It is also during this experience that they made the song I give it to you . The single, present in the re-release of Vitaa's album, J4M , will prove to be a hit.
But the duo decides not to stop at this song. Vitaa and Slimane wish to design an entire album as a duet. From this desire will be born VersuS , but also a big tour in common that will begin in March 2020. "We did not want to stop at the concept of two artists who are just an album," says Slimane. Note that the duo will notably be on display at the Palais des Sports in Paris on November 4, 2020.
