The Tokyo District Public Prosecutor's Office has not charged a 36-year-old man who was arrested for obscene acts on a flight attendant woman on a passenger plane.
A 36-year-old office worker man who lives in Ehime Prefecture was arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department last month on the suspicion of forced obscenity last month, touching the body of a flight attendant woman on a passenger plane bound for Haneda Airport.
The Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office made no charges against men by the 4th.
Prosecutors have not clarified the reasons for non-prosecution.
