“Tim had plans for his music to be performed together with a large live band. Now we are realizing his dream and giving the audience and listeners a chance to experience Tim's songs in a truly unique way, ”says Klas Bergling in a press release.
Some of the artists who will perform Avicii songs during the concert are Rita Ora, Adam Lambert and Aloe Black. In addition, DJs like David Guetta, Kygo, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike will be participating.
The concert, which is divided into two parts, takes place on December 5 in the Friends arena in Stockholm.
The Tim Bergling Foundation was started by the Bergling family in memory of Tim Bergling after his passing on April 20, 2018. All proceeds from the concert will go to initiatives in mental health and suicide prevention, the foundation continues in the press release.
