Connected waters off Senkaku Four ships of the China Coast Guard sailed on September 2, 10:50
According to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, off the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture, four ships of the Chinese Coast Guard are navigating the connected waters just outside the territorial waters of Japan.
As of 9:00 am on the 2nd, two of the four vessels are sailing approximately 33 kilometers northeast of Kuba Island in the Senkaku Islands, and the other two are sailing approximately 41 kilometers north-northwest of Uotsuri Island. We continue to warn and monitor to keep away from territorial waters.
