Actor Adam Lundgren chose social media for a long time when he felt it took far too much time. Now he is current in SVT's documentary Västra social media where he starts an account on Instagram to get to the bottom of how social media affects us and our everyday lives.
- I felt that I was there too much, scrolling around and became unreasonably happy for the likes - and especially the likes of some people. I felt it wasn't good for me with fast mini kicks, says Adam Lundgren in SVT's Morning Studio.
