Connected waters off Senkaku Four ships of the China Coast Guard sailed on September 1 at 10:53
According to the 11th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters, off the Senkaku Islands in Okinawa Prefecture, four ships of the Chinese Coast Guard are navigating the connected waters just outside the territorial waters of Japan.
As of 9:00 am on the day, two of the four ships are sailing approximately 35 kilometers northeast of Kuba Island in the Senkaku Islands, and the other two are sailing approximately 33 to 34 kilometers north-northwest of Uoguri Island. The Coast Guard Headquarters continues to warn and monitor the territorial waters.
