The film is the first production of «Ghabsha Films» for the producers Amer Salmeen Al-Marri, Hani Al-Shaibani, and Ali Marzouki, in their first experiences after the establishment of this UAE film entity.

Khalak Shanab brings together a number of Emirati artists, including Ammar Al Rahma, Saad Abdullah and Mohammed Al Kindi, directed by Hani Al Shaibani.
