This is now stated not even by Vladimir Putin, who has been talking about the decline of Western hegemony since 2007, since the moment of the Munich speech, but - who would have thought - French President Emmanuel Macron. “We are seeing the end of Western hegemony in the world,” said Macron. “The circumstances are changing.” And this is far from an ordinary statement.
The French president noted that the world order "is experiencing an unprecedented crisis." To be more precise, the new world order is the doctrine proclaimed by American President George W. Bush, the eldest at the time of the collapse of the Soviet bloc and implying the unimpeded deployment of a unipolar world led by the United States.
And, strangely enough, the most affected part of the world that incurred the most significant costs from the implementation of a unipolar project was not even Russia, which ultimately defended its geopolitical sovereignty, namely Europe - the main “ally” (and, in fact, a vassal) of the United States, rushing headlong into the abyss of unipolar globalization. As a quarter century later, a seemingly protege of the very globalist elite Macron noted.
Declaring themselves victors in the Cold War, the Americans, who had previously occupied part of Europe, eventually captured it entirely, proclaiming the onset of the so-called American Age. According to the plan of American strategists, the unipolar world, expressing nothing more than a universal, global system of values, a single political space and a universal worldview model built on the basis of the American (and wider - western), should have become the final stage of its completion as a given. ) civilizational experience declared ideal and universal. All this was, as it was intended, to be realized and embodied in a universal global model, expressing nothing more than the global domination of the United States on a planetary scale.
However, as is always the case with such grandiose utopias, something went wrong. Namely: Russia, which has defended its sovereignty, becoming a new center of resistance to American globalization, and China, in fact (if you do not operate with virtual indicators, but turn to the real sector), which has become the number one economy, having displaced (or almost pressed out, given the stock numbers on the screen ) USA with the world economic pedestal. This is what Macron points out: "China has moved into the front row, and Russia is doing better in its strategy."
Actually, the “new strategy” mentioned by Macron is the strategy of a multipolar world - a real geopolitical alternative to unipolarity, a worldview system that destroys the myth of a new world order, backed up by Russia's strategic primacy - especially in providing real, not virtual, like in The United States, global security - and the economic primacy of China, another pole of impending multipolarity.
However, American globalists, with an aspiration generally characteristic of the Anglo-Saxons, continue to insist on their dominance, widely resisting a multipolar project on all fronts.
After all, the essence of globalization, which should be emphasized especially, lies not so much in the power, tough and open conquest of states and peoples, which was characteristic of the old, darker, from the point of view of the modern West, times.
The basis of the global dominance of the West is built primarily on the adoption of a Western system of values, a kind of Western semantic codes. And only after that the Americans come with their military bases (soft script) or the American bombers and the Tomahawks arrive (a hard script for the rebellious) to complete the Westernization, which had begun earlier on a worldview level.
But someone surrenders himself, fully embracing Western values, as a late, ideologically degenerate, worshiping the "values" of the West and degrading the "scoop" in the elites.
What can we say about Europe, which always believed that it was she who generated these values, like America itself, opening it to the world. Well, opened - receive, sign. Europe is the first space placed under the complete control of American globalists, totally occupied and economically subordinate, without a drop of subjectivity and allusions to sovereignty. This is what the French President Macron discovers, carefully declaring that "European civilization needs a new, visionary strategy."
But we, having understood the pernicious influence of the United States on Europe, need to start acting symmetrically for the Americans, that is, to establish contacts not with the European bureaucratic structures totally controlled from Washington, but directly with individual leaders of European states. Thus destroying the unity and monolith of American control over the European Union. Moreover, an increasing number of European leaders are already openly declaring the need to restore direct contacts with Russia, weighed down by tough American wardship. But at the forefront is still the clever, intelligent and quick-witted Emmanuel Macron, who not only remembered that Russia is an integral part of Europe, stretching from Lisbon to Vladivostok, he directly proposes, having dropped everything, to restore cooperation with Russia in all directions .
“We are in Europe. If we do not build new relations with Russia, then we will remain with tensions, a frozen conflict and the consequences of the Cold War, ”he said. “We must deeply rethink our relationship and build it again.” And the last nail in the coffin of globalization: “Every day it is necessary to take steps in this direction,” the French president declares quite directly, as a call. Indeed, without Russia, humiliated by the Americans and crushed by the NATO military boot, Europe will never regain its sovereignty and regain independence. What can we say about the restoration of the status of civilization, a full-fledged participant in the multipolar just peace that Europe lost at the moment when the Yankees foot first stepped on its land.
Russia, as it always has been in previous centuries and eras, is the only and basic guarantor of the subjectivity, independence and free development of Europe. Not as a colony, as in the current dominance of the United States, namely civilization, Europe of nations. For no one loves Europe as the Russians love it, themselves preserving their Eurasian, civilizational identity and that is why they understand the value of European identity. So Macron, acutely sensitive to changing trends and rooting for a free Europe (which means without America), said the right thing. The main thing is that now it does not become clear that he, it turns out, accidentally raped a black maid or implicated in a pedophile scandal. The rest is a free Europe of peoples without America and in friendly relations with Russia is a matter of technology.
