According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, the effective job offer ratio last month was 1.59 times excluding seasonal fluctuations, 0.02 points below the previous month, and negative for three consecutive months.

This is the first time in 1 year and 4 months since March last year that the job offer ratio is below 1.6 times, but it remains at a high level.
