The Art Foundation, specialized in promoting and supporting media art for children and young people, is organizing a workshop until 31 August on virtual reality technologies, with the aim of introducing young people to the world of virtual reality and its special effects, and teaching them the basics and concepts of its applications in various fields.

The workshop includes a series of activities centered on building the basic knowledge of the participants, developing their skills in one of the most important and important areas of technological innovation, in addition to the opportunity to apply what they learned during the course in a practical way.

Through this workshop, FAN completes its strategic plan to enhance the skills of new generations and develop their creative abilities at various levels. The choice of virtual reality was the subject of the workshop, in response to the rapid transformation in the world of technology, according to a report published by Research & Markets Market In February this year, the VR market grew from $ 7.9 billion in 2018 to $ 44.7 billion by 2024.

It is worth mentioning that the workshop includes educational sessions on the basics of virtual reality technologies, in addition to practical activities during which creators work in groups to draw their own artwork, using Cinema 4D and then converted to a virtual reality application using the program «Unity», where they learn Add interactive elements to the apps they designed.
