A video taken by the camera of one of the Turkish cafes in Istanbul was captured at the moment of the arrest of the abductor of the Saudi girl "Abeer Al-Enezi".
The video shows him negotiating with Abeer al-Anizi's brother, Faisal, to pay a ransom for her release, while security services arrested him and his market for investigation and trial.
